The purchasing management team supports all ongoing projects as well as project execution responsibilities.

  • Planning and managing purchases based on project needs and engineering requirements.
  • Identifying and evaluating reliable suppliers both locally and internationally.
  • Negotiating and concluding purchase contracts optimized in terms of cost and schedule.
  • Quality control and inspection of goods during production and prior to shipment.
  • Managing logistics and transportation, including domestic, international, and customs clearance.
  • Controlling and managing procurement documentation, such as purchase orders, bills of lading, and inspection certificates.

By working in close collaboration with the Engineering, Finance, Construction, and Quality Control departments, this organization plays a vital role in project success.
